  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and black pepper.
