  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and sear them for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

Reduce the heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
