Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Frozen chopped spinach
  • 14 ounces Canned artichoke hearts
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cups Sour cream
  • 0.5 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Thaw the frozen chopped spinach and squeeze out as much excess water as possible. Set aside.

Step 3

Drain and roughly chop the artichoke hearts. Be sure to pat them dry to remove any excess liquid.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Step 5

Add the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.

Step 6

Fold in the chopped spinach and artichokes until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Step 7

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches or an equivalent size). Spread it out into an even layer.

Step 8

Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until it is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.

Step 9

Remove from the oven and allow the dip to cool slightly for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 10

Serve warm with tortilla chips, baguette slices, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping. Enjoy!
