Ingredients

  • 2 cups Puffed rice
  • 0.5 cup Sev
  • 10 pieces Papdi
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 small, peeled and cubed Boiled potato
  • 1 finely chopped Green chili
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Coriander leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Tamarind chutney
  • 2 tablespoons Green chutney
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted peanuts
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the puffed rice and dry roast them for 2-3 minutes on low heat if they are not crispy to remove any moisture.

Step 2

Break the papdi into small bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl with the roasted puffed rice.

Step 3

Add finely chopped onion, tomato, boiled potato cubes, and finely chopped green chili to the bowl.

Step 4

Add the tamarind chutney and green chutney. Adjust the quantity of chutneys according to your taste preference.

Sprinkle chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice over the mixture.

Add the roasted peanuts and sev to the bowl.
