Ingredients

  • 1 box Boxed macaroni and cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil, then add a pinch of salt followed by the macaroni from the boxed macaroni and cheese. Cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

In the same pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the milk, the cheese powder from the box, shredded cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
