  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
  • 0.5 cup Crushed peanuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 4 cups Water

Directions

Step 1

1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Remove the pot from heat, add the rice noodles, and let them soak for 6-8 minutes (or as directed on the package) until tender. Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water. Set aside.
