  • 200 grams Chinese egg noodles
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil (for cooking)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 stalks Green onions (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, honey, salt, and black pepper. Set the sauce aside.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the Chinese egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
