Ingredients

  • 3 slices Artisan bread
  • 150 grams Roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams Brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until well combined. Set aside.
