Ingredients

  • 500 grams Mushrooms (button, cremini, or portobello)
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 8 pieces Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel or quickly rinsing them and patting them dry. Trim the stems if necessary.

Step 2

Mince the garlic and finely chop the fresh parsley and thyme leaves.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, thyme, olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes (if using). Mix well to create the marinade.
