Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 piece Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp Honey (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Peel the banana and cut off both ends for a cleaner presentation and taste.

Bring 500ml of water to a boil in a small saucepan.

Add the peeled banana to the boiling water along with a cinnamon stick.
