Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 packet sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 medium sliced banana (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Step 3

Press the graham cracker mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

Meanwhile, mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.

Step 6

In a separate large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and sugar-free vanilla pudding mix. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Step 7

Pour the banana cream filling into the cooled pie crust and spread evenly.

Step 8

Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours (or until the filling is set).
