  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and lightly flour two 8-inch round cake pans, then line the bottoms with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
