Ingredients

  • 2 sheets puff pastry sheets
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 200 g unsweetened chestnut puree
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Thaw the puff pastry sheets if frozen and roll them out slightly on a floured surface. Cut the pastry into 6 evenly sized squares and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
