Directions

Step 1

Peel the ripe banana and mash it thoroughly in a medium-sized mixing bowl until smooth.

Add the rolled oats, medjool dates, almond butter, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, chia seeds, and salt into a food processor.

Pulse the mixture for about 15-20 seconds until the ingredients are combined and the dates are broken down, creating a sticky mixture.
