Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line it with mini muffin liners.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

Stir in the unsweetened applesauce, egg, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
