Ingredients

  • 3 pieces ripe bananas
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 120 grams plain Greek yogurt
  • 60 milliliters honey
  • 5 milliliters vanilla extract
  • 180 grams whole wheat flour
  • 5 grams baking powder
  • 2 grams baking soda
  • 3 grams ground cinnamon
  • 1 gram salt
  • 80 grams chopped walnuts
  • 60 milliliters olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

Step 3

Add the eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and olive oil to the mashed bananas. Whisk until well combined.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, sift together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Step 5
