Ingredients

  • 12 ounces spaghetti

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining and set aside.

Step 2

While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and lightly golden.

Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften and release their juices.
