  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves (fresh or dried)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
