  • 30 grams Unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 250 milliliters Chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Slice a pocket into each chicken breast, ensuring you do not cut all the way through.

Finely chop the button mushrooms and fresh parsley.
