  • 14.5 ounces canned diced tomatoes
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the beef round steaks in the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly. Shake off excess flour and set aside.
