Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 oz spinach, frozen and thawed
  • 12 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Prepare the baking dish by greasing it lightly with olive oil or spraying with cooking spray.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Step 4

Stir in the grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, and minced garlic.

Step 5

Squeeze any excess moisture out of the thawed spinach using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Add the spinach to the bowl.

Step 6

Gently fold in the chopped artichoke hearts and crab meat, being careful not to break the crab meat into small pieces.

Step 7

Add the lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Step 8

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Step 9

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is lightly golden.

Step 10

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 11

Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetable sticks.
