Ingredients

  • 250 grams Fresh spinach
  • 4 Eggs
  • 60 ml Heavy cream
  • 30 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoons Red chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Thoroughly wash the fresh spinach and pat it dry.

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
