Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken drumsticks or wings
  • 3 ounces Parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
