Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pizza dough
  • 6 ounces Sliced deli ham
  • 4 ounces Sliced deli salami
  • 6 slices Sliced provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Roasted red peppers (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 Egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12x15 inches.

Step 3

Lay the slices of deli ham evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Step 4

Layer the salami slices on top of the ham.

Step 5

Place the provolone cheese slices evenly on top of the meats.

Step 6

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the provolone.

Step 7

Spread the roasted red peppers evenly, followed by the fresh spinach leaves.

Step 8

Starting with the long edge closest to you, gently roll the dough into a tight log, tucking in the filling as you go. Pinch the seam and the ends to seal.

Step 9

Transfer the rolled sandwich to the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

Step 10

Brush the entire surface of the roll with olive oil, then sprinkle it with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 11

Lightly brush the roll with the beaten egg wash to give it a golden, glossy finish.

Step 12

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-28 minutes, or until the roll is golden brown and cooked through.

Step 13

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 1-inch thick pieces.

Step 14

Serve warm and enjoy!
