  • 100 grams blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp butter (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Lightly grease a small baking dish or two individual ramekins with butter.

In a mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
