Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Halibut fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto a baking sheet.

Step 3

Place the halibut fillets on the baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.

Sprinkle the fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
