Ingredients

  • 200 grams feta cheese block
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 100 grams kalamata olives, pitted
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 units garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.5 units lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 loaf crusty bread, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a small baking dish.

Step 3

Scatter the cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives around the feta cheese.

Step 4

Drizzle the olive oil over the feta, tomatoes, and olives.

Step 5

Sprinkle the minced garlic, fresh oregano leaves, and fresh thyme leaves over the top.
