  • 2 Large flour tortillas
  • 4 pieces Bacon strips
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 pieces Hash browns
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the hash browns on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

While the bacon and hash browns are cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, salt, and black pepper, and whisk until well combined.
