Ingredients

  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 soft sandwich buns
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

Arrange the bacon slices in the skillet without overlapping. Cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.

While the bacon is cooking, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
