  • 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)

  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese slices
  • 8 slices bacon strips
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato slices
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for the bacon.

Step 2

Place the bacon strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 3

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently by hand to combine.
