  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the baby bok choy thoroughly, cut each head into halves lengthwise, and pat them dry.

Step 2

Slice the yellow bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 3

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Peel and finely grate or mince the fresh ginger.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
