Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine 500 grams of 00 flour, 10 grams of salt, and 3 grams of instant yeast.

Slowly add 325 ml of water to the dry ingredients while stirring with a wooden spoon or your hand until a sticky dough forms.

Add 20 grams of olive oil and knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
