  • 2 cups Milk
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1.5 cups Marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the penne pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
