Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 1.5 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 0.25 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups Coleslaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a small, deep skillet over medium heat.

Carefully fold each wonton wrapper in half to form a taco shape and gently fry in the hot oil for about 30 seconds on each side until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel. Repeat with all wrappers.
