Ingredients

  • 3 heads endives
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple
  • 100 grams Gorgonzola cheese
  • 50 grams shelled walnuts

  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1
