  • 0.25 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 0.125 tsp Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 4 cups Water, for spinach preparation

Directions

Step 1

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add the frozen chopped spinach and cook for about 5 minutes, or until fully thawed and tender. Drain the spinach thoroughly, pressing out excess water with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Set aside.

Step 2
