  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped (optional garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat.
