  • 16 oz penne pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or cubed)
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish and set it aside.

Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute or until fragrant.
