Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat if needed.
Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
Remove the skillet from heat and let the beef mixture cool slightly.
Unroll one premade pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it firmly into the bottom and sides.
