  • 2 14.5-ounce cans Canned diced tomatoes
  • 6 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon (or to taste) Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon (optional, for heat) Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish) Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1
