  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Plain yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the bran cereal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir to mix evenly.
