Ingredients

  • 4 whole Orange
  • 2 whole Grapefruit
  • 2 whole Blood orange
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 0.5 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 0.25 cup Pistachios (shelled, unsalted)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the citrus fruits. Use a sharp knife to cut off the top and bottom of each orange, grapefruit, and blood orange. Slice away the peel and white pith, following the curve of the fruit.

Step 2

Once peeled, slice the citrus fruits into 1/4-inch-thick rounds. Remove any seeds and set aside in a medium bowl.

Step 3

Cut the lemon and lime in half, and squeeze the juice from one half of each into a small bowl. Thinly slice the remaining halves for garnish.

Step 4

Prepare the honey-lime dressing by mixing the honey with 2 tablespoons of lime juice in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and well-combined.

Step 5

Roughly chop the mint leaves and pistachios. Set them aside for topping.

Step 6

Arrange the citrus slices on a large serving plate, alternating colors and types for visual appeal.

Step 7

Drizzle the honey-lime dressing evenly over the arranged citrus slices.

Step 8

Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds, chopped mint, and pistachios over the top.

Step 9

Finish with a pinch of sea salt for contrast and garnish with the lemon and lime slices.

Step 10

Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour before serving.
