  • 300 grams Penne pasta
  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 120 grams Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.75 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
