In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt, and baking powder to form a smooth dough. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
