Ingredients

  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 120 ml sour cream
  • 60 ml mayonnaise
  • 4 stalks fresh spring onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 250 grams baby carrots
  • 250 grams radishes (trimmed and halved)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Add the finely chopped spring onions, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine.

Step 3

Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if needed, adding a pinch more salt or lemon juice for extra zest.

Step 4

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. If possible, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

While the dip chills, wash and prep the baby carrots and radishes. Trim the tops off the radishes and halve them if they are large.

Serve chilled and enjoy your Peter Rabbit-inspired snack!
