Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

Step 3

Stir in the chopped thyme and chopped olives to the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, eggs, melted coconut oil, and water until well combined.
