Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 0.5 cup Dairy-free cheddar cheese
  • 1 small Avocado

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until blended.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs, then add water and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.

Step 4

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.

Step 5

Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper into two equal portions. Shape into rolls and flatten slightly.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly golden and firm to the touch.
