  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Add the whole milk, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Heat the olive oil in a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat.

While the pan heats, remove the casing from the Italian sausage and crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
