  • 1 cup Frozen corn kernels
  • 1 packet Packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 packet Packet of ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • 2 cups Water
  • 0 Shredded cheese (optional, for topping)
  • 0 Sour cream (optional, for topping)
  • 0 Tortilla chips (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or ground turkey over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.

Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened and translucent.

Transfer the cooked ground meat and onion to the crock pot.
