  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 0.5 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
